***Please be aware that all our veg and mix boxes generally include potatoes, onions and carrots along with various other items. Other products will vary each week dependent on availability and seasonality. NOTE: We are now able to make substitutions and preferences against boxes if need be.
Order deadlines & information. Please read below:
- Please be aware we are no longer able to supply personal preference orders, seeds, bakery or chicken currently.
- All cancellations/amendments must be made a minimum of 7 days before your next delivery or you will be charged. This is to reduce waste.
- With increased demand at present your delivery may arrive later in the day. Please ensure the full day has past and you have checked all areas before emailing re a non delivery.
- If providing a place to leave your box, it is your responsibility that this is a safe place, once delivered we do not accept responsibility for missing boxes.
- We are not collecting all used boxes at present due to covid-19. If you are able to store for now and we will collect in future that would be appreciated.
- Once we have processed your order we'll be in touch to confirm a delivery date etc.
Payment details
Standing Order is the preferred method of payment. If this is not appropriate, bank transfer, cash or cheque (Payable to Skylark Organics) are also acceptable.
We are unable to take phone payments at present.
